Theodore man who admitted recording children in bathroom sentenced to 30 years

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Theodore man who admitted to secretly recording two children in a bathroom will go to prison for 30 years, a federal judge ruled Monday. In addition to the prison time, Chief U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Beaverstock ordered Matthew Allyn McDaniel to be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for 15 years after his release from prison.
