In December 2023, Ring doorbell footage captured a person walking into a home and walking out with Rags , the dog.
On Dec. 27, 2024, Paw and Order Rescue Ranch members posted a photo of Rags with two police officers on their Facebook page.
“More information will be released once the time is right. But certain people never gave up the search and [Rags] was finally located by officers in Maricopa County, Arizona,” read the post.
Rags’ owner, Olivia Gardner, also took to Facebook after he was found.
