Bryon Lewis, 19, and Jaden Rowan, 19, are now facing misdemeanor charges for what police are calling a major mess.

“I don’t know what to call it,” Fairhope Police Department investigator Logan Duplechain. “It’s just initials; it’s hard to understand some of it.”

Over the last few weeks in Fairhope, nothing seemed safe from the blue and black spray paint police said was used to vandalize everything from the city parking garage to a church van to the bathroom at a popular city kids’ park.

“Some initials, some vulgar language in the parking garage, BBK, and I don’t know what that stands for,” Duplechain said.
