MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A fire at Mobile Metro Jail caused a brief stir Tuesday morning.
Clarke County shooting: 3 dead, 1 critically injured
Several units were called to the jail after 6:30 a.m.
Fire officials say they could see smoke coming from the roof of one of the buildings as they made their way there.
When they got inside, they found that two industrial dryers had caught fire. The fire spread through the ventilation system to the roof.
Firefighters put the blaze out in a few minutes. No one was hurt…
