Semmes man who caused fatal 2021 crash won’t face any jail time

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Semmes man who caused a fatal head-on crash in 2021 won’t be facing any jail time.

On Tuesday afternoon, Judge Wesley Pipes sentenced John Criswell IV to a total of ten years under the supervision of the Mobile County Community Punishment and Corrections Program.
