CREOLA, Ala. (WALA) – A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 65 in Creola this morning has claimed the life of a New Mexico man and injured a St. Elmo man, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Troopers said 25-year-old Bryon C. Adams of Farmington, N.M., was fatally injured when the 2010 Nissan Versa he was driving struck a 2018 Ford F550 driven by 41-year-old Dallas C. Huff of St. Elmo around 7 a.m. today near the mile marker 23 on I-65.
The wreck shut down the interstate’s northbound lanes for a time.
