PRICHARD, Ala. (WALA) – Prichard police recaptured a suspect who gave them the slip Tuesday.
Around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a report of a man holding a woman at gunpoint in the area of Hale Street and Marengo Drive.
Officers arrived and detained a man and two women near the area. According to the Prichard Police Department, officers recovered a gun believed to have been used in the incident. Authorities said the gun had been reported stolen out of Mobile.
Police arrested 24-year-old Trent Anthony Thomas on a charge of second-degree receiving stolen property. He also had an active felony warrant for second-degree domestic violence and burglary, Prichard authorities said…
