The southern area of Baldwin County is seeing more homes sold this year, thanks in part to lower prices. According to Baldwin REALTORS®, the number of properties sold rose in both Traditional Residential and Resort areas in April 2025. The data shows both year-over-year and month-over-month gains in sales. At the same time, average prices dropped across the board.
In the Traditional Residential area, the average sales price fell 0.8% from April 2024, landing at $407,956. Homes stayed on the market for an average of 70 days—16 days longer than a year ago.
