DAPHNE, Ala. (WKRG) — A new neighborhood, featuring 64 newly-built homes, constructed by Birmingham-based builder Tower Homes, is being built in Daphne.
The neighborhood, called Patch Place, “aims to offer well-designed, beautifully built homes that bridge the gap between mass-market builders and high-end custom homes,” according to a Tower Homes news release.
For more than a year, Tower Homes has built homes in existing neighborhoods in Fairhope, Montrose, Daphne and Spanish Fort, but now they will be building a full community off County Road 13 and Parker Lane in Daphne, according to the release.
“Patch Place is about creating a neighborhood that truly feels like home—one that fits seamlessly into Baldwin County’s character,” said Clint Johnston, president of Tower Homes. “We’ve thoughtfully designed this community with charm, functionality and quality in mind.”
