Men arrested in connection with fraudulent check, Mobile police say

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Two men were arrested Thursday in connection with a fraudulent check.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, officers responded to the Regions Bank at 2000 Dauphin Island Parkway at about 1 p.m. Thursday in reference to a fraudulent check.

Two men were held until detectives could arrive. An investigation led to the arrest of 20-year-old Arkel Washington-Thompson of Mobile and 21-year-old Barnard Jones of Citronelle.
