MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officials have announced that two juveniles have been arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred on May 20.

According to officials, their officers were called to the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue around 7:51 p.m. that Tuesday for a report of a crash.
When officers arrived, they found a flipped vehicle with 72-year-old Cedric Tinsley inside.
