BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Almost daily, we hear about immigration raids in Baldwin County after they happen. But more and more often, the raids are being captured on cell phones.

News 5 saw one of those videos of the raid at a new development off County Road 12 near County Road 65 in Foley that captured the arrest of 46-year-old Jose Romero-Pineda.
News 5 has not received permission to publish the video from the person who recorded it, but we did talk by phone to one of the witnesses to the raid who described it as a frightening situation as people ran in all different directions, in particular, a man later identified as Romero Pineda and a woman that was with him.
Witnesses say initially they ran from authorities, but later stopped and were confronted by officers. There was a struggle with at least one agent pulling a taser, and then both the man and woman were taken to the ground and handcuffed.
