Concerns raised after a judge ordered 30 dogs to be returned to home of alleged abuser

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A judge’s decision to return 30 out of 34 dogs to a man facing more than 100 animal abuse charges is sparking outrage and confusion in Mobile.

“My first reaction was just confusion about the animals—the dogs being returned to Mr. Nodd,” said Tracey Glover, Executive Director of Awakening Respect and Compassion for all Sentient Beings (ARC).
