MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile County home buyers could soon qualify for $1,000 to $50,000 in new down payment assistance grants, and residents can attend a meeting to learn about the new program.
The Mobile County Grants Department has scheduled five upcoming sessions about the Homeownership Down Payment Assistance Program, which the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs is reviewing for final approval.
