Man charged with arson refused transport to court for preliminary hearing

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Mobile man accused of setting fire to two vacant houses refused to get on the van at Metro to go to court for his preliminary hearing.

Andrew Prim’s attorney waived his preliminary hearing and the judge sent his case to a grand jury.

Prosecutors said Prim set a house on fire on Sunset Drive in west Mobile and on University Boulevard in early June…
