Alabama sheriff issues a warning after 110 pounds of cocaine washes up on beach

After a suspicious package was found in Baldwin County containing cocaine Thursday, the sheriff is warning the public to not open unverified bundles or packages they may come across.

According to the Baldwin County Sheriff‘s Office, the agency was notified that a potential bundle of drugs washed ashore on the Fort Morgan Peninsula.

The package was determined to contain illegal drugs and after investigating further, the agency found that 50 individually wrapped kilos of cocaine were inside the bundle…
