MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Consent resolutions are being introduced at the Mobile City Council meeting this week declaring C.J. Small elected to the office of City Council District Three and Robert Fleming, III, also known as Beau Fleming, elected to the office of City Council District Five beginning November 3, 2025.
Small, the incumbent, was the only candidate to file for the District Three seat, and Fleming the only candidate to file for the District Five seat, replacing Joel Daves.
Daves did not seek election again…
