MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – ALEA officials say a 70 year old Irvington man was killed riding a bicycle and another man has been arrested for manslaughter.

MOBILE POST – A single-vehicle crash involving a bicyclist occurred at approximately 10 a.m. Saturday, July 19, and has claimed the life of an Irvington man. Jessie E. Forrest, 70, was fatally injured when the bicycle he was operating was struck in the rear by the 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Dwayne A. Mills, 41, of Mobile.
