Alabama Felon Sentenced To 13 Years For Illegal Firearm Possession

Career Criminal’s Latest Conviction Part of “Operation Take Back America”

Joseph Ambrose Wilburn, Jr., a 41-year-old Mobile resident with a lengthy criminal history, has been sentenced to 156 months (13 years) in federal prison for possessing firearms as a previously convicted felon.

The sentence, handed down by United States District Court Judge Terry F. Moore, will be followed by a three-year term of supervised release.
