UPDATE (4:30 p.m.): Some boaters in Baldwin County are celebrating after a popular boat ramp that was closed for repairs earlier this summer is open again and ahead of schedule.
Just over two months after it closed for a major facelift, the Bay Watch Boat Ramp off Highway 98 in Magnolia Springs is open again.
