MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Mobile County Circuit Court Judge Vicki Davis granted the City of Mobile’s motion to have claims the against the city dismissed in a 2023 SWAT raid that claimed the life of Kordell Jones.
The counts against the city alleged that the city was liable for the intentional acts of its employees which included False Imprisonment, False Arrest, Assault and Battery, and Malicious Prosecution.
