4-time deported illegal immigrant arrested in Baldwin County

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – FOX10 News has uncovered court documents that show an illegal immigrant, who’s been deported four times, was arrested in Baldwin County earlier this month.

According to the documents, Juan Jose Acosta-Sandoval, a Honduran national, was taken into custody on or about July 16 by the Robertsdale Police Department for public intoxication.

Officers notified ICE about the arrest and federal agents interviewed Acosta-Sandoval, but he refused to answer questions.

The court records show Acosta-Sandoval’s fingerprints were enrolled into the immigration and criminal database and “removed alien”, “wanted” and “immigration violator” alerts were received through the Automated Biometric Identification System…
