MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — On Monday evening, friends and family remembered the life of 24-year-old Cameron Madison at Elevate Sports Bar and Grill on Dauphin Street.

“So many people love my brother, and it’s showing today,” Kiera Powell, Cameron’s sister, said. “Everybody makes mistakes, they didn’t have to take my boy’s life though,” she continued.
Friends, family, and even former classmates from Theodore High School stood by the candlelight memorial to remember his life.
“All he wanted to do was rap and play basketball, man, he didn’t want to harm nobody,” said Powell. “That shouldn’t happen to nobody, you know,” she continued…
