A Mobile County Circuit Court judge this week dismissed a wrongful death suit filed against the City of Mobile by the family of a man killed during a 2023 SWAT raid.
Kordell Jones, 25, was shot by authorities on March 7, 2023, as he ran out of a house naked and carrying an AR-style gun while police were raiding a home in search of his brother.
