Mobile home arson suspect arrested by police

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly set fire to a home in Mobile.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, firefighters responded to a house fire in the 6500 block of Lorena Drive on July 16. The home was occupied at the time of the fire, and the home was damaged. No one was injured.

After an investigation, the Mobile Fire Arson Unit determined the fire had been set intentionally during an argument, the release said.

Kardravilous Kemp was arrested today and charged with first-degree arson stemming from that incident, according to the release…
