FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – Customer complaints led Foley police to arrest one man sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant and charge him with drug trafficking.
The incident happened Saturday afternoon.
Police said the manager of a Burger King called them with customer complaints about two men harassing people in the drive-thru line possibly selling drugs.
Investigators said that when they arrived, they saw the men sitting in their car and approached them to ask some questions. Officers spotted marijuana in plain sight, according to the Foley Police Department. A subsequent search turned up 13 grams of cocaine, 31 grams of methamphetamine and 30 grams of marijuana during a vehicle search, police said…
