DAPHNE, Ala. (WKRG) — The autopsies have been completed in what investigators believe was a murder suicide early Thursday morning in the Belforest community of Daphne.

Kenny Smith, 44, is believed to have shot and killed his wife, Larrica, and their children, 15-year-old Kristian and 11-year-old Kensley, before shooting and killing himself.
The preliminary findings by pathologists with the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences are no surprise; the cause of death is gunshot wounds, the manner of death is homicide and suicide.
