Mobile woman accused of robbing gas station

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile police said a Mobile woman was arrested after she allegedly threatened a clerk and tried to steal items from a local gas station.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, officers were called to the Clarks Service Station at 4063 Moffett Road at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in reference to a robbery.

When officers arrived, a store employee told them someone she didn’t know had come into the store and picked up some things to buy, one of which was regulated. When the clerk asked for ID for the regulated item, the woman got mad, displayed a hammer and box blade…..
