MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Transcripts reveal a woman called 911 after she said her husband shot her in the head.
According to Citronelle Police Chief Chris McClean, this all happened Aug. 12 at a location near Highway 45 and Chunchula-Georgetown Road.
Court documents said the husband, Joseph Smith, got drunk at his home with his wife before opening fire.
