MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile man allegedly bit a police officer while trying to get away, police said.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, officers responded to a disorderly call shortly after 3 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Anders Drive and Valdez Drive.
When officers arrived, a juvenile told them that an adult man she didn’t know had been trying to talk to her, and she pointed the man out, according to the release.
Officers reportedly tried to talk to the man in the 1300 block of Best Drive, but the man became anxious and backed away.
