MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A 44-year-old man armed with a knife was arrested on Bellingrath Road late Monday night after two female victim were cut, according to the Mobile Police Department.
It was about 10 p.m. when officers went to the 8600 block of Bellingrath Road, where they found two female victims with minor injuries following a physical assault, the MPD said. They were both taken to a hospital.
Officers went on to learn Shawn Beason initiated an altercation with his neighbors, police said. During the altercation, he threatened to cut a male victim with a knife, but he was unsuccessful, according to investigators.
