MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man sustained minor injuries when someone shot into the vehicle in which he was riding, according to the Mobile Police Department.
Officers responded to the area of University Boulevard and Overlook Road just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on a report of shots fired. MPD said officers arrived to find the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
MPD said the vehicle had been driving through the area when it was hit by gunfire that resulted in injuries to the passenger.
