UPDATE 12:20 PM Mobile Police sent this update:
On Sunday, August 31, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers were already in the 1600 block of St. Stephens Road when an altercation between male subjects occurred in the roadway. During the altercation shots were fired, and two male victims were injured. Both victims were transported to a local hospital by personal vehicle. Four unoccupied vehicles parked at or near 1608 St. Stephens Road and 1610 St. Stephens Road, including an MPD vehicle, were struck by gunfire. This remains an active investigation. No further information will be released at thistime.
