Details released in Mobile convenience store stabbing

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Police have released more details about a stabbing that took place on Halls Mill Road on Monday.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, officers were called to the Viking Convenience Store at 2551 Halls Mill Road at about 4:30 p.m. in reference to a stabbing.

According to witnesses, a man suffering from a stab wound walked into the convenience store asking for help.

The man was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A woman was detained at the scene, but no arrests have been made yet.
