BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Joshua Brown is making history in Bay Minette. Voters chose Brown to be the city’s next mayor, making him the first Black person ever elected to the position.
Brown says he’s ready to get to work. He toured the Novelis recycling site Wednesday morning, saying he wants to continue the growth that the previous administration started.
