Keep Mobile Beautiful receives grant for Oaklawn Cemetery, meeting and book signing planned

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) – Keep Mobile Beautiful has been awarded a 2025 Martin Luther King Jr. Corridor Community Grant to revitalize and beautify neighborhoods, parks, or areas named in honor of the civil rights leader.

The grant is in the amount of $10,000 with $5,000 being added on by the Mobile County Commission.
