MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A billboard not far from one of Mobile’s busiest streets is gaining some traffic of its own.
The message on the sign reads, “It’s time to get the clowns out” above images of two Black clowns. The message is from an unknown sender and it’s led to speculation.
