Mobile City Councilman-elect Beau Fleming said there are plans to revamp North McGregor Avenue, stretching from Museum Drive at the roundabout north to Springhill Avenue.
Fleming said there’s no set timeline, and construction will not begin until the South McGregor Avenue and Dauphin Street project is completed.
