BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WALA) – The Baldwin County Commission has announced the Commission and the City of Bay Minette have entered into an Intergovernmental Roadway Construction Agreement to construct roadway improvements connecting Red Hill Road and Clark Avenue to State Route 59.
