MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Nearly a year after pleading guilty to conspiring to sell illegally harvested fish, a Coden business owner on Friday learned his punishment – one day in jail.
U.S. District Judge Kristi DuBose imposed the sentence on Richard Michael Collier Jr. and also ordered him to be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office and perform 500 hours of community service.
