A south Alabama mother has filed a lawsuit alleging that her son was bullied and urinated on by another student while attending a school controlled by the Catholic Archdiocese of Mobile earlier this year.
The lawsuit, filed by Nichole Hollins in the Circuit Court of Mobile County, names the Archdiocese of Mobile and several employees of McGill-Toolen Catholic School as defendants.
