MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A lawsuit was filed at the Mobile Federal Courthouse after a Baldwin County man said he was illegally detained by ICE two times this year.

Leonardo Garcia Venegas said he was illegally detained by law enforcement despite telling officers he was in the country legally.
The lawsuit claims that the Baldwin County construction worker was detained by ICE on private construction sites, once on May 21 and a few weeks later on June 12.
