MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Prichard man gave up his right to a preliminary hearing on rape and kidnapping charges, according to court records.
A grand jury will now decide whether to indict Devoris Malone on those charges, as well as domestic violence and resisting arrest.
Those are related to an incident in June and the rape charge stems from an incident in May.
