UPDATE (Oct. 9, 9:45 a.m.): Mobile Police Department officials have identified the suspect and victim in the Schillinger Road homicide on Wednesday night.
According to officials, 57-year-old Sam Walker was found dead near a vehicle in the 4400 block of Dawes Lane East.
