MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – In less than three weeks Mayor Sandy Stimpson will hand over the reins of the Port City to a new administration.
Mayor Stimpson’s third term comes to an end in 20 days. FOX 10’s Lee Peck caught up with Stimpson at the Alabama Port Authority.
