Three Teenagers Arrested in Connection with Foley Shooting Case

Jacksonville police assist in capturing suspects from Baldwin County

Foley, Ala. — (OBA) — The police have arrested three people in connection with a shooting that occurred on Azalea Avenue in Foley. Two teenagers from Foley and a woman from Magnolia Springs now face serious criminal charges. Detectives continue investigating the incident as the victim fights for his life in the hospital. Police say more charges could be coming as they work to understand what happened.

Authorities arrested the suspects in the days following the Sunday evening shooting. Jacksonville Police Department in Florida took a 15-year-old boy from Foley and 19-year-old Savannah Brown of Magnolia Springs into custody. Meanwhile, Foley Police arrested another 15-year-old boy from Foley locally.

Both 15-year-old males are charged with attempted murder, which is a Class A felony. Brown faces charges of hindering prosecution in the first degree, a Class C felony. The Jacksonville Police Department released Brown after she posted a $20,000 bond…
