On Sunday at 5:50 a.m. a flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 9 a.m. for Baldwin County.
The weather service states, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” describes the weather service. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
