Enterprise man charged after he drove runaway teen to Alabama, police say

FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WTVY) -Police say an Enterprise man faces charges that he interfered with custody because he drove an underage girl from Georgia to southwest Alabama.

Police said 22-year-old Martin Tot, Junior, connected with the 14-year-old, a reported runaway, on TikTok and drove her to meet another man, Fox10 Mobile reported.

Police said Tot, charged with picking up the teen on Saturday, dropped her off at a home in Fairhope, a Baldwin County city, and then went back to pick her up when she called to say she felt uncomfortable.
