MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — Approximately 5 acres of Taylor Park on Baltimore Street will become affordable homes in an effort to revitalize the Baltimore area of Mobile.
Tuesday the Mobile City Council voted unanimously to donate the land the Mobile Housing Authority for the City’s affordable homes program.
Council President CJ Small, who represents the area, said this is to “help turn around Baltimore Street.”…
