FOLEY, Ala. (SBG) — According to Foley Police, on Wednesday, October 22, at around 2:30 p.m., the Foley Police Department received a call of an accident at the intersection of the Foley Beach Express and Highway 98 involving multiple vehicles.
When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered a total of seven vehicles to be involved in the wreck, four of which needed to be towed.
Through our investigation, we found that 62-year-old Ernest Milton Kinsey of Elberta was driving southbound on the Beach Express when he crossed into the northbound lane.
